Figure (1) special pay bills: You can now pay your invoice and recharge your account, whether it's prepaid or postpaid through the IVR system by entering special symbol which is the IVR code in addition to the serial number and the code that located on the X-change cards, and it does not apply to (Al-Mashi) cards In case your account is prepaid account, then when charging X-change card the value of it will be added completely to your account.

Enter to Members Area

Enter your login name and password.

from the list click on my services.

then choose the service you want to know its (account ID / IVR code ).

Note: Each service of Aloola has a special IVR code differs from the other.
How to know your IVR code:

when mobilizing your account through the IVR system make sure that you enter the IVR code correctly to avoid losing the value of the card because it could not be returned.
Note : when subscribers would like to contact (18259955) and their exchanges pattern is pulse, they have to press the * key or # key before dialing
the required number.
